Get the Survivor Mindset

Would you survive a catastrophe? Having the survivor mindset gives you an advantage

I’m a pretty prepared person. However, with the recent outbreak of war in the Ukraine, it got me thinking about this project I did a few years ago.

Researching this long lead-gen piece required reading several books* and articles on how people had survived various disasters – from plane crashes to subway bombings to terrorist attacks.

I learned about subjects ranging from “group think” to “normalcy bias.”

Research is the basis of good writing. And a lot of people don’t enjoy research. They find it boring.

However, I’ve got the opposite problem – I tend to go down many rabbit holes in my research as I love to learn.

My mottos is “If you don’t fill the well, there’s no water to draw.”

This long article is written in an engaging voice that also sets the stage to buy from my client.

CLIENT: Lee Bellinger’s Independent Living Newsletter

GOAL: This well-researched, 12-page pdf was used as a Lead Gen download.

It performed so well, it was included as a hard-copy bonus with purchases of prepper survival kits.
