Using an Email Sequence is Great UX

Increase customer retention with an email sequence that answers your most frequently asked questions.

Most businesses have FAQ pages for shipping and return policies. These are great for someone who is about to buy.

But many companies don’t consider FAQs for existing customers.

UX (user experience) is about more than attracting the right customer. It’s also about retaining them as well.

This project was aimed at retaining customers – but it was also a great way to introduce prospects to the distinctive agenda for each meeting.

Corporate Alliance was a networking group with the motto “business is about relationships.”

It had it’s own unique culture which, when used correctly, increased business for most of its members.

However, members were often confused by the refreshing difference from other networking groups.

A sequence of 11 emails covered all the “keys” to being successful.  It helped existing members get the most from networking.

The first email started with the owner’s story, and each succeeding email covered one core concept (or key), of how this group functioned.
